Sweethearts who picked each other in their second grade of schooling. She was born on January 22, 1936 to late Gracie Frye Angel in Knox County, Kentucky. Following her passion for education, she became a teacher. Focusing on the second grade and retiring after 36 years. She received two masters' degrees, one from E.K.U. He had served as the Executive Director of Iowa State Board of Education Examiners as well as Director of Teacher Education and Certification for the state of Iowa. He had many hobbies such as watching football, playing golf as well as reading mystery novels and photography. He played league bowling, traveling and visiting family and friends in Pennsylvania. Paul Bruce was born on August 17, 1943 in Whitley County, and was the son of Elmer Grove and Lois Marcella Terrell Cox, both of whom preceded him in death. He was retired from Teco Coal Company and had also worked as an independent contractor driving a coal truck. Survivors include three cousins, Robin Cobb Tudor (John), Sandy Cobb Snell (David), and E.
