I had to come back multiple times. Once for a fog light not operating and my parking sensors were throwing an error message because they weren’t plugged in properly, and the second time because a paint chip that happened during the accident was not repainted. Your staff did some extra things for me with my door handles and mirror covers which they weren’t required to, so I am happy with the customer service. If I could suggest anything, it would be to the gentleman who sits at the front counter and inspected my car for damage at my first appointment. He was a fast talker. If he had taken the time to slow down and not rush over the explanation (telling me they would fix all paint chips on the front, when you all didn’t and was told I would need to contact State Farm to see if they would pay for it after the car was “ready” etc). He just kinda seemed full of it after that. Just be upfront and tell your clients what they actually will receive up front, instead of making excuses afterwards, I would have given a 10.
