  @Phatpuss*Biiih My system crashed all day. I spent the last half of the day troubleshooting an issue I have no control over. Our VPN is NOT robust enough to handle the traffic. I have the best internet service( top teir FiOS gigabyte plan) plus cat6 ethernet cables. It's not me it's them.

  @OsoChic81 @verizonfios ...AND i cannot for the life of me get the guide to skip to the next time slot, but hitting the "left" arrow resets the guide to the current time.. i gave up in frustration & used my ps4 to access viewable content for the rest of the night.. they need to undo or fix the menu ASAP

  @sophiedee Home Wifi is based on the router used. Generally the router you get from a home internet provider sucks for wifi coverage in the home. I run a custom setup using Ubiquiti Unifi products with verizon fios gigabit fiber. And public wifi like at a casino is limited in speed.

  @thecitywanderer was your optimum giving you trouble or was it just the price? I might actually just keep my optimum even despite the FIOS option because it works well, and I was able to get them to cut the price by $30

  @coldfootfilms I called them and explained why I was leaving, too. I told them about what FIOS was giving me, their internet speeds, their price. The poor guy tried to see if he could find me any kind of deal, then came back and said, No way I can compete with that.
